PEAT
PEAT (Primordial Energy Activation and Transcendence) therapy is a new energy healing tool to solve deeply rooted life-long problems. Canberra Healing is the first to introduce this effective method to Australia.
Being defined as 'energy technology' or 'spiritual technology' reflects that PEAT integrates the best elements from other therapy techniques such as emotional freedom technique, psychotherapy and energy healing. It is this combination that makes PEAT a unique and powerful tool to solve emotional, mental, spiritual and physical problems.Where other therapies treat only one part of a trauma, fear, phobia or unwanted behaviour by either focusing on the mental, emotional or physical symptoms, PEAT integrates all levels and deals with the emotion, thought, physical feeling and image at the same time so that the client will resolve the core of the issue completely.
The main focus of the process is to remove the charge of the problem in the client's energy field that unconsciously triggers feelings, thoughts or physical sensations whch influences the client's behaviour. The client can still remember and recall the problem he or she had in the past but without the attached feelings and has freed him or herself from restrictions that hindered living a life more free and balanced. By healng the core of the problem, all related problems will be treated at the same instant.
Why do people seek PEAT treatment?
Most clients book a PEAT session when they fail to resolve long-term problems despite multiple attempts to do so. The variety of issues that clients wanted to resolve include:
- Phobia: fear of mice, snakes, open spaces
- Anxiety: fear of driving, speaking in public, swimming, elevators, abandonment
- Trauma: returning unwanted memories of childhood, accidents, violence, hurt, shock
- Restrictive feelings: lack of confidence, fear of expression, feeling shy, low self-esteem
- Nervousness: for exams, to travel alone, to be outdoors in the dark
- Communication problems: not being able to talk to children, parents, partners, friends
The results of PEAT
Clients experience the end of their problem in 1-3 sessions depending on the kind of issue and how well the PEAT process is integrated by the client. It requires commitment, intention and focus from the client to stay concentrated during the intense session in order to benefit fully from the healing.
The results can appear very quickly because the power of focused attention and energy while dealing with all levels of the problem excelerate the process. What took months of therapy in the past can be solved in 1 session of 10-40 minutes or less. That's the advantage of living in the world of today: the access to information, the sharing of knowledge, the integration of diverse applications from traditional and natural therapies, the acknowledgement that our bodies are not machines and not our minds alone, the merging of science and spirituality, and the speed of new developments also have their effect on healing. PEAT embraces the good of all these rapid changes so that peope can regain their optimal health much sooner than expected.
Some case examples:
A woman wanted to resolve her feelings of despising her family-in-law. She didn't like them at all and she felt that her husband's family treated her without respect and kindness. After PEAT she felt no anger or frustration anymore regarding her in-laws. She was able to feel at ease with them and admitted that they were kind to her. You can ask yourself in this example "Who changed?". She removed the emotional trigger in herself and this had an effect on her and on the people around her. She felt in control and this gave her more freedom and joy of life. Mind you, she didn't expect that she'd have no problems with her family-in-law for the rest of her life (wouldn't that be great!), however she was able to handle her feelings better and didn't dread family visits anymore.
Another client had a fear of public speaking. As a little boy he lost his parents while attending a community event. He was put on a stage in a spotlight to draw the attention of his parents who were looking for him. That image of himself standing alone and frightened while a crowd of strangers watched him was the trigger to avoid any public performance. This hindered him at work when he had to give presentations and during social events. After PEAT he lost this fear and had to laugh out loud when he integrated his blockage and became one with it. It was a laugh of relief and insight. In the past he knew what caused the anxiety but emotionally and physically (a tight throat when giving a speech) he couldn't resolve it.
A lady had a car chain accident where multiple cars bumped into each other. Although she wasn't injured she had become anxious to drive ever since. In the PEAT session she integrated her former shock, faced the fear and let it go. She felt confident to drive again.
A young woman had the irrational fear that her boyfriend would leave her. She was confident that he loved her but she couldn't ignore her feelings that she migh be abandoned. On a mental level she could talk herself out of this feeling "Don't be silly, he loves you" "Life doesn't give any guarantee, don't worry about it now", however she felt it affected her relationship negatively and limited her joy of life in general. In the PEAT session she became calm very quickly, she felt at peace and wondered why she had the problem in the first place. A few weeks later she sent an email saying that her boyfriend had proposed to her! She had to laugh how her peace of mind resulted in something she had not anticipated (at least not as a PEAT goal).
The results of deep-PEAT
The aim of deep-PEAT is to heal on a deep cellular and unconscious level and to return to oneness both on a health level as on a personal level: experiencing a connection with all life, with oneself, with the world and the universe at large.
During deep-PEAT the source of the client's life long problems will be revealed which are the personal polarities of the client. Our daily life is full of polarities: day & night, warm & cold, love & hate, I & You, order & chaos, silence & noise and this list goes on. Each human being has his or her own polarities or personal 'codes' that rule in one's life and which create our fundamental problem.
For example if you are unconsciously playing the game of 'freedom & commitment' you may long for a relationship and let's say that you found a partner and then after a while, you long for more freedom and want to leave the relationship causing hardship, pain, stress to yourself and everyone involved. After your separation or divorce, you feel free again, you're happy and then after some time you suddenly long for a partner and off you go, playing your game again. PEAT will stop this polarity game because you will become conscious of what you're doing, your 'drivers' and also you'll integrate both polarities into one as you experience that there is no difference between them at the core. You can then make better decisions to play your game (or not) whereas before you just followed your emotions blindly acting like a steerless ship. You gain freedom of choice and more self-control which enhances the quality of your life.
We can not deny living in a world of polarities. We can choose to become more aware of our personal polarities, to live our lives more joyfully and to contribute to the feeling of oneness by creating peace of mind and heart in ourselves first.
